Home Care Services
Home Health Aid
Our Home Health Aide performs routine duties in caring for the patient in their home. They are qualified to provide personal care, exercise and ambulation, assist in therapeutic services, and accomplish some household services essential for health care at home. The home health aide supplements a patient basic nursing or therapy care by providing the some or all of the following:

Assist patient in meeting personal hygiene needs

Prepare meals and assist with eating (if necessary)

Provide some household services necessary for healthcare at home

Assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered

Assist patient with ambulation using proper body mechanics

Assist with routine maintenance exercises
Medicare does not cover home health aide services unless you are also getting skilled care such as nursing care or therapy.

Medical Social Services
The medical social service coordinator meets with the patient and family/caregiver helping them to make adjustments to the impact of illness. The m medical social service coordinator can provide assessment and possible referral to community resources for social, emotional, financial and personal problems related to their illness and recovery. They can also assist with long term planning and medication resources.
Companion Care Services
When a loved one is unable to perform basic daily living activities without assistance, you want to be there every minute, but it’s just not possible. Dressing, eating, or climbing the stairs can become difficult without support and encouragement. This may occur as a result of injury, illness or a medical condition, or simply as part of the aging process. Our team at All About “U”, LLC HCS can help.
Our compassionate, trustworthy Personal Care Attendants are available to assist with dressing, eating, grooming and light housekeeping. They are trained in all areas of personal care needs, are CPR certified and have met all requirements for employment, including background checks. Our personal home care team is here to give you peace of mind, knowing that your loved one is in good hands.
Support Coordination
Case management or support coordination is the fundamental lynch pin in any system to assure that the needs of individuals are assessed, a plan is developed, services are being delivered according to the plan, the person's needs are being met, the person is healthy and safe, and that the person is living the life that they want to live. We at All About “U” Home Care, LLC Services provide a complete accurate wrap around coordination of services. We attempt to provide good quality and leave no need un-attended.
Pediatric Care
Any children and young adults with special needs require assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, etc. All About “U” Home Care, LLC Services can accommodate this by providing an attendant to your child to fit your schedule. Pediatric Car Service provided by an attendant who cannot perform any tasks other than the assistance of activities of daily living. Attendants are unlicensed personnel that go through a stringent interview process and background check. All attendants are tested and trained to ensure that they are competent in the care of children and young adults with special needs. Sometimes, families have family or friends available to care for their child with special needs; this is a valuable option for the families. With this option, you can have someone you already know and trust in your home to assist your child with special needs. Attendants can work hourly shifts in your home to provide assistance to your child.
